Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through every stage of the buying and/or selling journey
• Give presentations, build rapport, maintain regular, timely communication
• Prospect new business and convert leads
• Maintain detailed communication and contact information in our database and service all leads in a timely manner
• Participate in ongoing meetings and training
• Make clients raving fans
• Ensure everything you do is aligned with our team’s cultural values: love, on fire, excellence, growth, innovation and wow

Requirements:

• Live locally in South West Florida (Naples, Cape Coral or the surrounding area)
• Highly motivated and self-starter
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Vigorous work ethic, dedication, and honesty
• Passionate about real estate and helping others
• A commitment to personal and professional excellence
• A love of learning

Having a valid real estate license is not required. 80% of our team members were not licensed prior to joining us. We have significant support and tools to train you up to be a rockstar in this role. What's important is that you have a genuine love of people and are hungry to learn and work full time. There is a strong potential to earn $100,000+ in your first year, with no ceiling cap on what you can earn.
